Madonna fan arrested over song leak

(CBS) Madonna's lawyers nabbed the person who allegedly leaked the singer's new song "Gimme All Your Luvin." Police arrested a 31-year-old man from Spain, charging him with illegally releasing an early version of the track, according to Reuters.

Police didn't disclose the man's name, but did reveal his initials: J.M.R. He's being described as "a big Madonna fan," reports MTV. Authorities found recordings of the song among his belongings. The man was charged and released on Wednesday.

The official track is expected to feature the vocals of both Nicki Minaj and M.I.A., but only Minaj could be heard on the leaked version.

When the song first surfaced, Madonna noted, "My true fans wouldn't do this. Whoever is responsible for this leak, we ask that you please stop!"

Madonna will release a new album in 2012. She's also the Super Bowl halftime performer.

OMG-"Occupy Madonna"-should be the next movement to come from the art community. Never mind her brother being found homeless or millions lost in Malawi that spent on golf games and car services for her "friends". Her asset has been using the arts and activist community while selling it out-kinda like when the oil companies infiltrated Greenpeace. Madonna is a true hypocrite!
No one else can tell Lady Gaga is an intentional product using Madonna's packaging and technique to assist in reviving Madonna's faltering image? Liz Rosenberg (publicist to Cher) is almost completely clueless as to how Lady Gaga has the exact same business connections as Madonna. Please. Sting went to Interscope and now Madonna is on the label. While things were crumbling across the country the wealthy media moguls found a deceptive way to manipulate the media and control as much as they can-and only they seem to be collecting a fricking check. Madonna/Live Nation-Live Nation-Concert Venues-Live Nation-Clear Channel/Clear Channel-American Radio. Notice the music business collapsed and they did not. They are multi millionaires three times over and counting.
