(CBS) Lady Gaga's book with Terry Richardson, which will feature 350 color and black and white photos by the photographer, has a cover. It features Gaga in a jacket with her name emblazoned on the back.

The book, called "Lady Gaga X Terry Richardson," will feature a forward written by Gaga. Richardson had unrestricted access to the singer for a 10-month period. "Lady Gaga X Terry Richardson" hits bookstores Nov. 22.

Richardson's photographs have appeared in British Vogue, GQ, French Voge and Harper's Bazaar. Lady Gaga's latest album, "Born This Way," has sold more than 5 million copies worldwide since its release in May.
