Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith not splitting

Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith's marriage is not on the rocks.

After a tabloid report on Tuesday alleged the couple had separated, the actors released a statement shooting down the rumors.

"Although we are reluctant to respond to these types of press reports, the rumors circulating about our relationship are completely false," the statement reads, according to TMZ. "We are still together, and our marriage is intact."

They're not the only ones speaking out. Trey Smith, the actor's son from a previous marriage, took to Twitter to deny the report.

"Did #WillandJada split? No they did NOT split ! False information ..its not true RETWEET!!!" he wrote. "Everyone can think what they want ..even if its not true."

A source close to the couple also told Us magazine that the story is "100 percent not true."

Earlier, In Touch Weekly reported that Smith, 42, and Pinkett Smith, 39, had decided to separate after 13 years of marriage. The couple married in 1997 and have two children together, son Jaden, 13, and daughter Willow, 10.

That's not true. Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman, Tom Cruise and his first wife. Kirstie Allie and Parker Stevenson, Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony. Lisa Marie Presley and the 4 people she was married to and divorce. I don't think Scientology looks down on that, just showing emotion when you are in hard labor during child birth.

Will & Jada, the same world that you both use to gain fame for you and your children has turned on you in a heartbeat. Remember that. You serve a cruel bunch that will build you up and then proclaim destruction over you. You can only count on God. Will I believe that you are truly concerned about the impact on your family and friends. Then let your conduct reflect that. Jada the scene with Marc Anthony was improper. Is that what you want your children, husband and friends to see. If your concerned about what people say about your family then live like it (even when your "acting". It all matters. May Christ be reflected in all you do. Take this as a lesson.

This is not the first time the rumors has surfaced with regard to this hollywood marriage. In fact, in a london lifestyle news article, one of the two admitted they had an open marriage.. of which neither Will and Jada would admit to the american media..

the splitting rumor is not true ... they're really going to swap names among each other ... which appear to be fully interchangeable.

They should split. They are a creepy couple. Jada is strange and Will Smith should never have divorced his first wife. When you have children - you don't divorce. Plain and simple.

Why stay in a marriage when you are both miserable? You only make the kids miserable. I never believed that you stay together for the kids. everyone is unhappy and stressed.
