Helen Mirren, 66, wins "Body of the Year" title

(CBS) She may be in her sixties, but Oscar-winning actress Helen Mirren still beat out some younger competition to be voted "Body of the Year."

The 66-year-old bested Pippa Middleton, Jennifer Lopez, Cheryl Cole and Elle MacPherson in a recent poll.

The poll, commissioned by the L.A. Fitness gym chain, surveyed 2,000 men and women to get the results, according to Britain's Sky News.

On the men's list, soccer star David Beckham took the top spot. Others who made the Top 10 include Daniel Craig, Brad Pitt and Johnny Depp.

If I had the kind of $ any of those celebrities have to get botox, cosmetic surgery etc, I'd win such a stupid contest, too.

Helen Mirren is an awesome woman by any standard. I first saw her and went crazy over her when she was in her mid forties. Great demeanor, sexy, smart, charming, compassionate...you name it.

She's definitely a class act. I saw her bikini photo and she looks great - not many ladies in their 40's look that good, let alone in their 60's!

the first time i seen this woman act was on the bbc crime program PRIME SUSPECT .IF IT EVER COMES OUT ON DVD BUY IT.SHW WAS GREAT IN THE SERIES.

I agree with you...she looks great for being in her sixties, but someone in their sixties winning best body of the year? The judges obviously had the wrong pair of beer goggles on.

Beating out J-Loser? That was not too tough. But Helen has to be proud about beating Pippa, someone 1/3 her age!!!
