Dunne also said Cy Waits has been "separated" from his job as managing partner of the Tryst Nightclub at Wynn and XS The Nightclub at Encore.
Hilton was arrested late Friday on a felony cocaine possession charge. Police say a bag containing 0.8 of a gram of cocaine fell out when Hilton reached into a purse for lip balm.
An officer's report states that Hilton denied the purse was hers, saying that she borrowed it from a friend. She also said that she thought the cocaine was gum.
Waits was arrested on suspicion of misdemeanor driving under the influence after police smelled marijuana coming from their vehicle. People magazine says that Waits' arrest report, which was released Wednesday, states that he failed a sobriety test.
Charges have yet to be filed against him, according to People's report.
Hilton has an Oct. 27 court date. The drug charge carries a maximum sentence of four years in prison if convicted.
