"Jersey Shore" Season 2, Episode 1: "Welcome To Miami"

NEW YORK (CBS) The "guidos" and "guidettes" of "Jersey Shore" were traveling to Miami as Season 2 kicked off Thursday night.
Snow is kryptonite for the tanned beach bums, who were determined to get out of the Northeastern U.S. cold and into warmer climes and hotter parties. "Girls don't come out when the weather gets like this," Pauly D whined while driving in his snow-stained SUV.
Cast members took separate road trips on their way to their new residence in Miami. Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino got his car stuck in the mud and ended up popping fireworks while waiting for an auto service to arrive.
Meanwhile, Snooki and Jenni "JWOWW" Farley took a rest stop in Georgia and quickly found Southern delicacies such as "frickles" (fried pickles) and the country boy who hit on them with corny pick-up lines equally unappealing. Snooki said in her on-camera recap, "Alright, we need to get out of this state, ASAP."
For on- and off-again couple Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola and Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, things got pretty awkward. Sammi says she still has feelings while Ronnie just wants to "get creepy and get weird."
The two end up fighting in a Miami nightclub, attempt to go home via cab, and split up when Ronnie heads for another party. He starts "hooking up with grenades and landmines," as in "bigger ugly chicks, and, thinner ugly chicks" in "Situation"-speak.
Angelina made things awkward from the start by sharing a room with The Situation and fighting with JWOWW in a cab. No friend to the other women on the show, she says of Ronnie's partying ways, "I wish Sammi was one of my true friends then I would tell her, but since she acts like such a ----, I'm not gonna go there and give her any of that."
Mama's boy Vinny Guadagnino, who gets the go-ahead to "bang everything" from his Staten Island family, says his plan is "to get with 60 girls, and if I can't get one one night, I'll just double up the next." We also find out in episode one that Vinny and Snooki slept together.
Whoa! Already, this is crazy and we're just getting started.
