Kate Major Accuses Michael Lohan of Domestic Violence

Michael Lohan, 50, will be arraigned for second-degree harassment next month after his fiancee, Kate Major, claimed he shoved and kicked her.
His lawyer Lisa Bloom told TMZ.com that he is "100 percent innocent."
Daughter Lindsay is behind bars for violating her probation. She's expected to serve about 14 days of her 90-day jail sentence.
