A source close to the investigation into sex abuse charges against Jerry Sandusky told CBS News that at least five alleged victims possibly as many as eight, all of whom were named in the grand jury presentation are expected to testify at Sandusky's preliminary hearing next week.

The hearing is to determine if the State Attorney General has established probable cause that a crime was committed.

Sandusky, 67, was charged on Nov. 5 with 40 counts of child sexual abuse over a 15 -year period. He has denied the charges.
