Feds crack down on police brutality nationwide

PORTLAND, Ore. - "They treated him like he was a piece of dirt," Jim Chasse said. "Just absolute from the get go."

Chasse's 42-year-old son James was out for a walk in downtown Portland, Oregon, in September 2006 when three police officers spotted what they later described as a "peculiar...dirty" young man.

When people do wrongs they will get caught. The bible is very specific about police in Romans 13 and 14. Please read My Parents Murder In Texas. It is a true crime book. Government officials did not do their job. Communications are very important.; Reply to this comment

Stellar Wind, Blue Tracker Force, Directed Energy Weapons, Masers, Jaseres, LRAD formerly known as the Active Denial System - the psychotropic weapons are endless. It's all harmless until corrupt police officers target individuals and torture them. They call me in the middle of the night, there is no place you can go. They direct their lasers and electromagnetic pulses at your head until you are in seizures, at your heart until you have a heart attack, they used the microphone to sleep deprive you. I have the declassified report "bioeffects of directed energy weapons". Because they are not well known, people think you're crazy. The weapons are real. OSI, at langley air force base confirmed it for me. The microphones were given to CERT programs because during 9-11 cell phones were useless to first responders. It gives a new way of communicating through buildings (via microwave radio frequencies) which doesn't require a cell phone. The device is aimed at your head and you can hear (not anyone around you) and they can interpret your thoughts. Wait until your in the shower or on the toilet and male police officers are tormenting you. Where do you go? Wait till you are asleep and they make you body jump off the bed, cause strokes, aim it at your back and cause intense pain. Then you'll know that the satelite technology they have is whey they are letting you know about the drones. So they can get away with the reallly depraved stuff. I've heard them say, "I'll have her so stupid, she'll confess to anything in 5 minutes." What is so sad to me is we went half way around the world to stop Sadam Hussein and Osam Bin Laden from raping and torturing innocent civilians, and the local and state police do it right here in Virginia. If any weapons are given, there must be accountability, and it must be we the people that hold them accountable. It's not working, because the public doesn't know it exists. The majority of police are good and don't abuse - I went to Washington DC and all the police there wanted to help. They told me they had been listening to it all day (my thoughts in conversation with police), but were warned if they got involved, it would be more than they could handle. My brother has been a cop in another state for over 35 years and my uncle was killed in the line of duty. So I don't believe all cops are corrupt. I am, however, a victim of rape, torture, defamation of character, attempted manslaughter (they flat lined me twice in the hospital), grand larceny - they steal from me, and obstruction of justice. I have a case filed in Federal Court. All I can say is, "I hope they all get the death penalty". I also hope that this brings some accountability to the use of these weapons and gives victims a place for justice!; Reply to this comment

The cops are beating protesters and the Obama administration are making laws that make it a federal felony to peacefully protest! They will not even let the media print the truth! Civil rights, we do not have civil rights in this country anymore and Obama thinks everyone in America is ignorant!
