Romney, McCain were not conservatives, says Rick Perry
Gov. Rick Perry, R-Texas, offered an easy explanation for Republican presidential candidates losing in 2008 and 2012 at the Conservative Political Action Conference today.
Mitt Romney and John McCain, according to Perry, were simply not conservatives.
"The popular media narrative is that this country has shifted away from conservative ideals, as evidenced by the last two presidential elections," he explained. "That's what they think. That's what they say."
"That might be true," he said, "if Republicans had actually nominated conservatives in 2008 and 2012."
Perry was himself a candidate for the GOP nomination in 2012. He hoped to stake out a role as the clear conservative in the race, but his bid floundered after a series of lackluster debate performances.

Be gone, all of them, be gone from the Pure Republican Party!
You sure run your head a lot bob. Useless drivel usually. Why not stick your head where the sun doesn't shine and jump real high. Maybe when you come down, you disappear. Try it bob, for the good of the country. Oh, I forgot, you Liberloons are closet anarchists, you owe no allegiance to anything beyond the boundaries of your own worthless hide.
---------------
Why are you here? I thought you would be killing defenseless people in a third world country somewhere.
.. as if democrats are for bigger government and less accountability.
You Libertarians are funny. You wrap yourself in the flag and the idea of self sufficiency, yet none of you are giving up your social saftey nets that the democrats put there.
If we gave you all your own little state to live it and govern all by yourselves, your new world order, (based on "only the strong should survive" and the rest of the moronic notions in Libertarians' heads), it would devolve into anarchy and chaos in a matter of weeks.

The Senate Democrats have, after four years, released an actual budget. It proposes growing the government to over $5.7 trillion by 2023, it also calls for almost a trillion dollars in new taxes over the same period. But, they don't want bigger government, LOL.
Based on your comments you obviously have no idea what libertarianism is. I can't imagine a person who calls himself a libertarian ever taking welfare, so I have no idea what you are talking about.
You are a loathsome little man who speaks when it would be best to listen
His statements on virtually every subject are lots crazier and far more stupid than McCain's or even Romney's...
Rick Perry is the truest conservative in the entire 6000 year history of the world
