WASHINGTON Michelle Obama says she's eyeing another campaign in 2016 and, contrary to speculation, it doesn't involve running for public office.
During her first appearance on "Late Night With Jimmy Fallon" on Friday, the host asked her to consider a Michelle-Hillary ticket for president in 2016. The latter is former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton, who lost the 2008 Democratic presidential nomination to Mrs. Obama's husband. Speculation is rampant that Clinton is gearing up to run again in 2016.
"You know, I have my eye actually on another job. And I hear that when Jay Leno retires that `The Tonight Show' position is going to open and I'm thinking about putting my hat in the ring," the first lady says, according to an excerpt of the appearance released before airtime by NBC.
"I got my hat in the ring," Fallon replies.
Mrs. Obama then asks for his opinion, but Fallon's answer suggests he's had a quick change of heart about challenging her. "I'm done thinking about it," he says, laughing.
The first lady visited the late-night talk show to promote "Let's Move," her anti-childhood obesity campaign, which marked its third anniversary this month.
She also danced with Fallon, who was dressed like a woman.
Besides the appearance on "Late Night," Mrs. Obama discussed the initiative while in New York City during segments taped for broadcast Tuesday on ABC's "Good Morning America" and Thursday on "The Dr. Oz Show." Next Wednesday, Mrs. Obama embarks on a two-day promotional tour, with stops in Clinton, Miss.; Chicago; and Springfield, Mo.
For the second anniversary of "Let's Move," she and Fallon turned the East Room of the White House into a playground. They did pushups, twirled hula hoops, and competed at dodge ball and tug-of-war before the first lady triumphed over the comedian in a climactic potato sack race.

The only relevance you have is what you're sadly trying to create for yourself here.
do you mean record breaking new car sales for american auto manufacturers in the last few years?
_______
Hi, Bob. It's also fair to say that the U.S. auto industry is making the best vehicles it has ever made. And it is utterly true that this would not have happened if (our notably fine) President Obama had not made them do so.
I should also mention that President Obama is the best environmentalist president we've had. With a great deal of perseverance and longterm luck, he may even be able to keep the children and grandchildren of the Goat Old Party members from inheriting an utterly unlivable planet.
Hillary, 2016! The next wise choice.
A lovely first lady indeed!
Barack Obama has been the best U.S. prez of my sixty years. And he's in process of becoming the best since Franklin Delano Roosevelt.
I wish you Goat Old Party voters would take antidepressants and come up out of your old hormone-deficient selves for a change.
I've heard smarter things from a schizophrenic with Tourette's.
Hmm. That couldn't say anything about why the GOP is affectively dead, now could it?

Lets see,
Unemployment is headed back up at 7.9 and is still at a record level for his entire presidency since the great depression.
The GNP is at 0.1 causing the economy to shrink for the first time in 5 years.
One more 0.1 and its an official recession.
Obama is the first down rated president downgraded the U.S.'s credit rating to "AA-" from "AA,"
Obama added 6 trillion to the national debt in two years after the US came out of the worst economic crisis and recession since the Great depression.
He wasted nearly a trillion on the Failed Stimulus package that never did create the millions of shovel ready jobs he claimed. Most of it went to payoff his campaign contributors like Solyndra and many others.
GM still owes the taxpayers billions.
Wall St is being propped up by the Fed as the pump money into it or it would have collapsed. The 14,000 is an inflated bubble for the 1% and does not reflect the true shape of the economy.
The last time it was that high it took a big dive. It has no where else to go.
Taxes are higher this year.
Our dollar is shrinking with all the money the Fed is printing
Under Obama
More people on Unemployment Benefits for about 2 years
More homeless children
More families on food stamps and welfare.
Does that sound like an economic recovery to anyone under Obama's failed policies?
reply
I'm sure she looked like she had talent and was prettier than she did before you drank that case of beer last as you watched the show.
You can not like her hair, or not like her clothes, or think she isn't pretty, but it doesn't stop there. To say she has no class, or that she is not intelligent is just a lie.
Michelle Obama is a smart, decent human being. For the ones spewing the hatred, it's about RACE, nothing else.
I won't insult your intelligence by suggesting that you really believe what you just said.
