(AP) WASHINGTON - Second chances can be rare in politics, but President Obama found the "Kiss Cam" and an impatient crowd to be just the right motivation.

(Watch the First Couple's kiss in the video to the left.)

Mr. Obama and his wife, Michelle, were taking in Monday night's USA Basketball exhibition game in Washington when the Verizon Center's "Kiss Cam" turned its eye their way. Their image on the huge arena screen prompted the crowd to cheer — a not-so-subtle hint that Mr. Obama plant one on the first lady.

Both smiled, but Mr. Obama just put his arm around his wife as the game resumed. That cautious reaction brought some boos.

The president got a do-over later in the game when the Kiss Cam swung back his way. This time he delivered, giving Mrs. Obama a big kiss on the lips. And a peck on the forehead for good measure.

And the crowd roared.

If you Baggers hate him so much, just don't click on articles about him. Stay with Fox. Or did they close their comment board. The comments there were showing the ignorance of their readers.

Obama is Charismatic & likable and always seeks the spotlight but is corrupt to the bone. He always says what people want to hear and we Americans were proud to elect a black man as our president because it shows the world what we are all about. But while Obama preaches to the poor, he is owned by the rich. The only president to hide his past history at the cost of millions. He even surrendered his law license to avoid investigation. So what could be so bad that millions was spent to hide? Maybe a few drug busts & arrest records? We Americans will never know (probably far worse) because our news-media is closed & controlled and refuse to print anything about Obama's past history or his IN-ELIGIBILITY. Obama leads America into a new unprecedented era of corruption.

Funny you should say that... Obama kissed her on the *SECOND* attempt by the kiss cam. The first one he didn't kiss her and the audience boo'd. They later did a second shot where he did kiss her.
