After canceling the rest of her Born This Way Ball tour dates due to a hip injury, Lady Gaga now says she's heading in for surgery.
She shared the news with her fans Wednesday on Twitter:
Going in for surgery now. Thank you so much for sending me love and support. I will be dreaming of you.

Live Nation Global Touring said in a news release last week that the "Born This Way" singer, 26, has a tear in her right hip that will require surgery, followed by a recovery period.
She had initially postponed four dates after experiencing difficulties while performing the high-energy, dance-heavy show.
"I've been hiding a show injury and chronic pain for some time now, over the past month it has worsened," she tweeted. "I've been praying it would heal."
"I hid it from my staff, I didn't want to disappoint my amazing fans. However after last nights performance I could not walk and still can't," she continued, adding, "It will hopefully heal as soon as possible, I hate this. I hate this so much. I love you and I'm sorry."
