Seth MacFarlane serves James Bond a martini in new Oscars promo

Seth MacFarlane has inserted himself into another film classic in the latest promo for the Academy Awards.

Last time, the Oscars host spoofed "Psycho." In this clip, he's a bartender for a certain British superspy.

Notherposter says:
The joke would work better if it were based on truth. The default for a martini is stirred, so yes you don't have to order it stirred; but if you want it shaken, you should say so. Shaken martinis may be more acceptable now, but 60 years ago when Fleming invented Bond, it was possibly the most controversial thing about the books. If they have become the default in MacFarlane's world, he should thank Bond, not mock him.

That video clip is just like his lame, gross cartoons. He sets up a joke and there's nothing but protracted silence.

Apparently he writes jokes. A pity they're not funny and rely more on just the shock jock antics to get viewers... anyone can do that.

I think he is brilliant. And judging by the success of his cartoons, I'm probably not the only one.
