I'm so excited to see some of the winners, but I still haven't gotten a chance to watch the awards. I'm so glad I remembered to set a timer for this to record while I was making breakfast yesterday. Since I have the DISH Hopper as my DVR, it's connected to all the HDTVs in my home. So although I set it to record in the kitchen, I can watch the recording in my living room or even my bedroom. I'm looking forward to watching Ben Affleck's acceptance speech since I heard from one of the guys I work with at DISH that he was able to snub the Academy Awards right back -lol!

Of course this is all subjective, but to me the best direction was LINCOLN. Much, much more complex.

Nice to see a true spread of wins across multiple films, rather than a sort of blockbuster takes all type of season. Great selections in the specialties.
