Eva Longoria to host Latino inaugural salute to Obama

Eva Longoria is hosting an event ahead of President brack Obama's inauguration, in which top Latino entertainers will gather for performances at the Kennedy Center.

George Lopez, Mario Lopez and Rita Moreno are among the performers for "Latino Inaugural 2013: In Performance at the Kennedy Center," which is scheduled to take place on Jan. 20.

Longoria, a co-chair of Mr. Obama's inauguration festivities, is serving as the host.

The Latino inaugural gathering is driven in part by organizers of The Futuro Fund, which helped mobilize Latino support for the Obama-Biden re-election.

The Kennedy Center is presenting the event free of charge in two of its large theaters.

Mention the name Obama and the hate just starts flowing on these pages. And the exaggeration never quits. I'm sure limbaugh has told all these teeth gnashing democracy hating right wingers that the supreme court stole the election for Obama....I mean really.....how could over half the country vote for a muslim kenyan communist????

Obama Kenyan? Muslim? No way. I grew up with Mr Obama in Norway and he could never go skating with us on the local fjord because he had to go to Hebrew school and Bar Mitzvah lessons. But he was a communist though, albeit a pro-Wall Street big business kind of communist, and aren't they just the worst kind?

I am sure the President has sent out some super sized pinatas full of good ole tax payer gifts to please the crowds as a way of thanking them for his support.
