Attorneys say Halle Berry, ex settle dispute

LOS ANGELES Attorneys for Halle Berry and her ex-boyfriend have settled court issues that arose after a Thanksgiving Day fight at the actress' home.

The fisticuffs involved Berry's ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry and her fiance, actor Olivier Martinez. Aubry was arrested after the fight, which left him with a black eye, a broken rib and other injuries.

Aubry obtained a temporary restraining order against Martinez. The model and Berry have been battling over custody of their 4-year-old daughter for months and have appeared twice in a family law court since the fight.

Blair Berk, an attorney for Berry, and Shawn Holley, who represents Aubry, released a statement after Thursday's hearing that said the two sides had reached an amicable agreement.

No details were released, and the attorneys declined to answer questions.

Berry is sick and evil, trying to keep Aubry from seeing their child. As for Martinez, he needs to stay out of it, Nahla is not his child and should leave Berry And Aubry to, sad to say, fight it out between them.

Aubrey is a creep. He should stop using Halle's child as a way to hold on to her. He needs to leave her and her baby alone and move on with his life.

I think we know now why she left him...he has a terrible temper. I wish they would have never let him out of jail.

Her Child? Typical. It is always her child when the father wants to have a relationship with the child he fathered. It only becomes his child when she wants something. In this case I know she is paying child support. A rarity in itself. If her new boyfriend is unhappy than maybe he should have re considered getting involved with a woman who comes with unwanted baggage.
