Kyle MacLachlan to guest star on "The Good Wife"

Kyle MacLachlan will be joining the list of guest stars on CBS' "The Good Wife."

There are no specific details about his role on the show, but according to Entertainment Weekly, his character will interact with Alan Cumming's character Eli Gold.

"The Good Wife" has had a slew of notable cameos, from actors including Amanda Peet, Stockard Channing and Christina Ricci.

MacLachlan most recently appeared on another CBS show - the short-lived legal drama "Made in Jersey."
