"Flight" stars attend Los Angeles premiere

"Flight," the new drama directed by Robert Zemeckis, premiered in Los Angeles Tuesday night, with its stars Denzel Washington, Melissa Leo and Kelly Reilly walking the red carpet.
Zemeckis, of "Cast Away" and "What Lies Beneath," walked the red carpet with the film's stars along with screenwriter John Gatins.

The film's other stars, Don Cheadle, John Goodman and Bruce Greenwood were missing from the film's premiere.
"Flight" follows Washington as a pilot who performs an emergency landing saving everyone on board. But later, an investigation discovers he had alcohol in his system during the flight.
The film, which was screened at the New York Film Festival, opens in theaters on Nov. 2, 2012.
