In propaganda video, N. Korea "bombs" the U.S.

When Michael Jackson and Lionel Richie penned "We Are The World" in 1985, they probably never envisioned the Africa charity song as a soundtrack to a North Korea propaganda video.

But an instrumental version of the iconic song is the musical centerpiece of a new video that depicts a North Korean bombing of America.

The video, interspersed with an animated space shuttle and patriotic flag waving, culminates with an all-out aerial assault on an unspecified U.S. metropolis, followed by a massive explosion.

Then we see (presumably) real footage of a Pyongyang rocket launch, punctuated by the image of a dreaming North Korean man.

The translation of the text at one point reads: "I see some black smoke somewhere in America. Perhaps the devil's dungeon dictating to everyone is burning by the fire I created."

The video comes as Pyongyang threatened "stronger" measures in response to "hostile" U.N. sanctions following its December rocket launch.

"The DPRK (Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea, or North Korea) has drawn a final conclusion that it will have to take a measure stronger than a nuclear test to cope with the hostile forces nuclear war moves that have become ever more undisguised," the North's KCNA state news agency said, according to Reuters.

South Korean and U.S. troops began naval drills Monday in a show of force partly directed at North Korea amid signs that Pyongyang will soon carry out a threat to conduct its third atomic test.

South Korea's U.N. ambassador said Monday a North Korean nuclear test "seems to be imminent."

Ambassador Kim Sook said there are "very busy activities" taking place at North Korea's nuclear test site "and everybody's watching."

Kim said that in the event of a nuclear test, he expects the U.N. Security Council to respond with "firm and strong measures."

North Korea announced last month that it would conduct a nuclear test to protest Security Council sanctions toughened after a satellite launch in December that the U.S. and others say was a disguised test of banned missile technology. The council ordered North Korea in the sanctions resolution to refrain from a nuclear test or face "significant action."

If you try to access the film described in the article after 2:45 p.m. Eastern Standard Time will get something else, apparently a film about a factory works or carnation growing or something like that. That's because the sections in the film purportedly put out by North Korean propaganda deciting American being attacked are actually from "Call od Duty: Modern Warfare 3", a video game by Activison Games Inc. and Activision filed for copyright infringement. The scenes are intended to set the stage for a first person shooter video game. They actually are intended to depict a Russian attack on America. The game involves "righteous" soldiers then proceeding to kill as many Russians as they can! So, for all that New World Order quislings depict this as an example of North Korean propaganda, it's really a piece of American propaganda/training film giving the homicidal sociopaths "graduating" from American "schools" motive and initiative to want to kill everybody else on the planet.

I love how people who have probably never picked up the game, tell people what they are subconsciously doing. People who want to kill, want to kill whether or not they play Modern Warfare. Stop blaming video games for wackos and stop making excuses for people who have no regard for other countries or their own. I'm so sick of people jumping on the "Video Games are Killing Tutorials" because they think it makes them sound smart. The problem is these loser kids and their bigger loser parents who can't read "M" for Mature and media who look for everything else to blame other than the lowlife with a gun who shot people. It's so easy to contradict someone ele's argument if you rephrase it to be something that it never was! But, then, liars are adept at craven machinations like that.
I never said video games create sociopaths!
Throughout the entirety of the comment, I never once said video games make the users homicidal!
I said they are training vehicles for murderer wannabes and they are, the Armed Forces have been using them for upwards of a decade. And, if it's not "Call of Duty", it's "Assassins' Creed" or one of the "Grand Theft Auto" franchise or some such. But the odds are that you would be hard pressed to find a single mass murderer from the past few decades that hasn't spent a significant amount of time with a violent video game. A look at the chart of profits from video games over the past few decades indicates that they parallel the growth of high profile mass murders occurrences. Too, a dip in sales always seems to be followed shortly by a suspicious major international incident. Sales drops in the late 1970's changed course shortly after the taking of the CIA operations station masquerading as an "embassy" in Tehran; another decrease in profits in the middle 80's seems to have been rectified by the not necessarily entirely non suspicious "Marine barracks bombing" in Beirut; and a similar drop near 1992 was solved by the First Gulf War, while the New World Order fabricated events of September 11 caused a major increase in profits.
But don't expect the ilk of STOPACTINGLIKEYOUKNOW to behave honorably.
