Israel says it arrests Tel Aviv bus bomber

JERUSALEM Israeli authorities arrested an Arab Israeli on Thursday on accusations he planted a bomb on a bus in Tel Aviv that wounded 27 people and threatened to sabotage efforts to broker a cease-fire to end the fighting in Gaza, police said.

Police spokesman Micky Rosenfeld said the man, from the village of Taybeh in Israel, was connected to the Hamas and Islamic Jihad militant groups.

A Palestinian militant cell based in the West Bank village of Beit Lakiya sent the man to put a bomb connected to a mobile phone on the Tel Aviv bus Wednesday, Rosenfeld said.

After he planted the bomb, the man, who police declined to identify, left the bus and called his handlers, who remotely detonated the explosive by calling the phone, he said.

`'He admitted to carrying out the terrorist attack," Rosenfeld said.

Attacks by Israeli Arabs are rare, though they have happened in the past.

The attack brought back harsh memories of frequent bus bombings during last decade's violent Palestinian uprising.

It is obvious that Israel believes it is necessary to dispense of non-desirables and the Arab and Christian riff raff, and it must become purely Jewish. Americans and its leaders also need to know their place by requiring all of them (Christians, Muslims, Hindus, etc.) to support and fund Israel.

You know, German Jews never openly called for the destruction of the German state or people, much less genocide of it. Jews never exploded themselves in German restaurants. So at least Jews didn't warrant it.

Speaking of "Israeli Arabs", "genocide" as you call it would not be necessary if they were to stop their attacks against their Jewish hosts and joined their Palestinian equals in Gaza and the West Bank on a future state and if they actually realized that negotiations mean they should be willing to make sacrifices, especially given that they have continually, with the help of their "allies"/facilitators, launched attacks that are military, political and propagandistic against the Jewish people, and lost all of the time; not only do they have no bargaining chips other than currying favor from worldwide jew-hatred, military threats from backwards countries like Iran and opinions based on propaganda. Germany lost two wars and was forced to give up territory and most germans of other countries were forced to leave; Palestinians have lost dozens of wars already, wars that they started with the aim of ethnic cleansing; they should own up to it and conform to a state on some part of the west bank (areas A and B which hold about 95% of the palestinians) and Gaza. If they really cared about East Jerusalem, they wouldn't be launching rockets at it or praying with their backs against it.

Israeli Jews have suffered numerous attacks by "Israeli Arabs". They are not at all rare. Very often it takes the form of taking a vehicle or truck and driving it into pedestrians and other cars.

Very many attacks are thwarted by Israeli internal security and public vigilance.

In addition the "Israeli Arab" members of Parliament are openly treasonous to Israel. They openly call for the Hamas terrorist to destroy Israel all the while serving in the government.

They are an existential threat to Israel.
