U.S. Embassy in Pakistan issues travel alert

WASHINGTON Americans in Islamabad, Pakistan, are being warned to stay away from government buildings and several major hotels in the city because of the threat of terrorism.

The U.S. Embassy in Islamabad on Sunday cited a general threat alert from the Ministry Interior of the government of Pakistan that warned of terrorist attacks aimed at certain government buildings downtown and several hotels and motels popular with visitors, including the Marriott, Holiday Inn, Best Western and the Margalla Motel.

Local media has reported thousands of Pakistanis, joined by U.S. anti-war activists, headed Sunday morning toward Pakistan's volatile tribal region to protest American drone strikes.

The embassy warning did not specify that the threats were related to the drone protests.

Last week; Karzai whined to Panetta because American troops were not following terrorists coming from Pakistan into Afghanistan, and that the US wa not sending them enough weapons.

American troops have been sactificing their very lives for Afghanistan for 12 years.

The weapons we have supplied them with are now being used to kill US troops.

If Karzai wants the terrorists followed back into Pakistan, let him send the Afghan soldiers and police after them, and put to use the training his people have received from our troops for the last ten years.

Karzai should call Iran and ask them to stop sending Afghanistan money and weapons and just send weapons instead.

Afghanistan is not worth one more Americam soldiers lfe.!!

Obama, the Pentagon and the DOD all have their heads shoved up Karzai's a**.

In spite of all the traitorous acts against our troops, they are hell bent and determined to keep our troops there until the end of 2014, and; to top it all of; Osama signed an agreement with Karzai to keep sending them BILLIONS of dollars; and troops if neccessary; until 2024.

Whose side is our government on anyway.??

It sure as hell looks like they couldn't give a fat rats ass about the American troops who are going to be slaughtered, maimed and horribly wounded by the end of 2014.

The fact that the blood of every dead American soldier since the beginning of the war in Iraq; and now in Afghanistan; is on their hands doesn"t seem to bother them.

Neither does the fact that the Embassy in Libya requested additional security after receiving at least 13 credible terrorists threats; and they denied those requests.

Now four more Americans are dead; Americans who have been serving their country for years; all because the government couldn't be bothered to act on their requests.

Obama didn't even use the words "terrorist attack" for days afterward.

My guess is he was trying to figure a way to cover it up, because he was afraid it might have a negative effect on his run for the Presidency.

Every last Embassy; in every last Muslim country, should be shut down completely , and every last penny sent to these countries in foreign aid should be cut off.

Starting tomorrow, our troops should begin pulling out of Afghanistan and take all our money with them.

American families have suffered enough at the hands of these ungrateful, traitorous bastards.!!!
