Who is Adam Lanza?

Processing technician Jean Henry allegedly let her husband take a look at Lanza's body in the refrigerated room at the Farmington, Conn., facility two days after the shooting, The Hartford Courant reports.

Chief State Medical Examiner H. Wayne Carver II placed Henry on leave four days later and filed an internal complaint, according to the Courant.

Lanza opened fire at Sandy Hook Elementary on December 14 and killed 26 people, including 20 students. The 20-year-old also shot and killed his mother, Nancy, before the mass shooting.

Lanza's father, Peter, claimed his son's body last Thursday. A family spokesman said there were "private arrangements" over the weekend, although he would not elaborate further.

What makes some of you think this is the ONLY time this stupid woman showed her husband a body? Or, what makes you think he ONLY looked at Adam Lanza's body? He must like gruesome scenes. Perhaps she has even brought things home for him to have. Wake up- the woman should be fired.

If they knew they were going to get caught for it, they should have whizzed down his throat to make it more worthwhile.

Who cares if this worker showed the body of this mentally deranged murderer to her spouse? In fact, his body should go the way of that of Osama bin Ladin. We are not talking about a national hero. Sympathy should go to the families who lost loved ones, not the murderer. It is sad to make this worker another casualty of Lanza.

To me it's not a big deal. It was just her husband, it wasn't like she put him on display for everyone to see. Now if she let him photograph the body then maybe I could see the outrage as he could try and sell them to a tabloid.

This is bad for two or more reasons... Chain of command, his body was evidence in a crime. It could have been contaminated... what if someone with access chose to inject the body with say.... I don't know pick a substance. It screws up chain of command. Secondly, no matter what you personally think of Adam Lanza, there is a serious question about Psychiatric Medicines hanging over this whole case. In the cases of all school shooters, many family spree killers, suicides and so forth... the SSRI antidepressants are present. These medicines are very dangerous and the public has not had the full disclosure of the danger posed by this products liability... If the government ever puts the health of its citizens before big business these drugs will be outlawed. Don't believe the connection see ssristories.com 4,800 documented cases... and this is under reported as most persons don't realize the link.

What is the matter with people?? Does no one have a sense of decency or personal responsibility toward work or personal life? No matter who it was, she should not have been showing a dead person's body to anyone except family members who were there to i.d. or claim it!

Dead bodies are not for public view, they belong to the family. It's not a circus for entertainment -- there are privacy rules. Same rules apply for Lanza that apply for all of us.
