George Zimmerman asks for new judge again

(AP) ORLANDO, Fla. - The ex-neighborhood watch volunteer charged with killing Trayvon Martin is again asking for a new judge.

George Zimmerman filed a motion Friday asking that Circuit Judge Ken Lester be disqualified from the case.

Zimmerman says Lester's comments in a bond order led him to believe Lester is prejudiced against him. The judge said in the order that Zimmerman and his wife misled him about their finances.

Zimmerman also says he can't get a fair trial with Lester presiding over the case.

Zimmerman is charged with second-degree murder. He has pleaded not guilty, claiming self-defense.

Zimmerman asked for a new judge after he was charged in April, claiming there was a potential conflict of interest with the judge.

His request was granted and the case was turned over to Lester.

This is horrible all around. Precedent shows,(United States v. Abel),that any relevant evidence is admissible unless specifically excluded(FRE 402). Furthermore, in relation to ********** Zimmerman and weasel like "wife", the B.S. stunt they tried to pull on the jail house phones is hearsay. However, there are exceptions to the rules. Pukeboy's perjury, as well as his "wife" has bias. Bias in this case is a relevant issue. The good folks prosecuting this ******* can ask for an exception to the hearsay rule. And, if they call that deceptive woman as a witness, they can impeach her by this and more. Her perjury is enough evidence to know that if GZ is lying and being tricky now....what kind of shiesty stuff is going to do next? Selfishness and self-centeredness....that is the root of their problems. My opinionated solution is this: He's lying about his injuries. Self masocism to cover his nasty ass. Send this gnarly mickey-fickey to prison. He is wrong and what comes around goes around. Bias is probably not the best quality of a human, especially GZ. I guess if he is human. He is a murderer plain and simple. And, there is no excuse for his behaviors and preducial mind sets. Suffer Mr. Zimmerman. Your terrible.

Shellie Zimmerman was charged with perjury.. and GZ bond was revoked because it was FOUND that GZ conspired with his wife to intentionally NOT TELL THE TRUTH in court..so he didn't have to say anything in the court.. the phone conversations from JAIL- taped between the two PRIOR to the first BOND hearing.. and that's why GZ bond was revoked.. let's see when Shellie has to say when she face Judge Lester.. OH BTW the FBI report is very interesting with regard to your BOY's PAST..he's a real piece of work a total SCUMBAG.. especially what he did to his mother Glady as documented in the FBI report.

Yes, Mrs. Zim was charged and George new about it, that's why his bond was adjusted. I wouldn't dispute that, however, I don't give it the huge relevance that Zim's haters do.

Your original post clearly shows extreme bias as well as blatantly inaccurate information used to try and reinforce your hatred of Zim and hope others may agree.

the FBI findings are just that upon public opinions.. neither the FBI or any of US knows what was on GZ mind with regard to race..

George Zimmerman has every right to request a change of judges in his case. As a matter of fact, it's common to do so. If a judge told me I had a "little hero" complex I'd do the same thing.

Judge Lester has shown he's made up his mind on Zimmerman's guilt long before hearing the facts in the cases.

There hasn't been an issue this polarizing since the Civil War. Those who believe in Zimmerman's guilt do so with such depth of conviction that they react with anger to those who believe otherwise, frequently lashing out with accusations of "racism" or imbecility. They,like Judge Lester, have lost the ability to see things from a different perspective. Zimmerman has been demonized by the press to the point of being made more notorious than Osama bin Laden. Despite having been found to have acted in self-defense by the Chief of Police and State's Attorney,he abruptly found himself the target of a prosecution driven by racial and political animosity, with fears of riots and bloody confrontations in the background. I can't say what was going on in his mind when he decided to conceal from the court the donations sent to him to defray his legal and living expenses, but I can certainly understand how he could have become acutely paranoid. He and his wife lied to the judge - this has been proven. The judge stated that he and his wife lied therefore the judge is prejudicial and should be dismissed from the case? Guy is totally guilty and despite how stupid he is, he will probably get off. He profiled an innocent young man, stalked him, and then murdered him. This is legal in the state of Florida.
