FAA: 4 dead in Sioux Falls small-plane crash

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. - Four people are dead following a plane crash near the Sioux Falls Regional Airport, a spokesman with the Federal Aviation Administration has confirmed.

Tony Molinaro says the plane was a Cessna 421-C. The small, two-engine plane departed Joe Foss Field at 2:24 p.m. and was headed to Rapid City. It crashed soon after takeoff about a mile west of the field, he says.

A witness told CBS affiliate KELO Sioux Falls that plane headed straight to the ground and exploded, and that smoke was coming out of the plane

Two of the four people who died have been identified.

Augustana College in Sioux Falls, S.D., confirmed late Friday that Dr. Daniel Swets, associate professor of computer science, and Kevin Anderson, an alumnus of Augustana, were among the four people killed in the crash.

The two other people have not been identified.

Police and fire crews are at the site. Molinaro says that the FAA is handing over the investigation to local law enforcement, as is standard with fatal plane crashes.

Authorities say they do not yet know what the trouble was.

Since they were first recognized in 1997, the project of contaminating the planet's atmosphere with chemicals to make weather control possible, what has come to be known as "chemtrails", have presided over unprecedetned and massive changes in the world's climate. The most powerful hurricane season on record in 1995; tornadoes occurring where they were unknown before, such as Brooklyn; unprecedented hundred degree heat waves from London to Siberia; the arrival of "super derechos", previously unknown hundred mile per hour straight line wind storms; the recalculating of wind chill effect downward, mirroring the fact that air now held much more heat than it used to; the disappearance of bees; the accelerated disappearance of glaciers; the development of the first new cloud species in a half century, the undulatus aspiratus.
One of the most serious results was air losing its ability to support aircraft. Initially, it took the form of spates of three weeks or so during which plane crashes were a daily or every other day event, separated by spans of a few months. Over time, the spates got longer and the periods between them shorter. Now, it seems there are extended spans during which there are patches of denatured atmosphere everywhere around the planet. Indeed, it may be that there are always regions of denatured atmosphere now, only varying in size and number. The airlines have had to adopt policies to avoid them. "Accidents", "malfunctions" and "incidents" on the tarmac, preventing planes from flying intoabnormal patches of atmosphere are at previously unseen levels. "Delays" and "cancellations" are at record levels. And "malfunctions", "accidents" and "incidents" in the air forcing "diversions" to other airports, are also at unprecedented levels. Never before had a plane returned to the gate because two men aboard were dressed in "imam garb". Never before had a plane returned to the gate because a young man on board was wearing baggy jeans below his waist. Never before had a plane returned to the gate because the pilot decided that a piece of equipment that she knew was damaged suddenly had to be repaired. Even if an airline has to have pilots "overshoot their destination" because they wer "preoccupied" in order to avoid the deviant patches of atmosphere, they will do it. The most recent spate of accidents started a few weeks ago, but the abnormal behavior by airlines seems to have been ongoing even before, so the abnoral air is apparently still everywhere.
If this is allowed to continue, soon, only the military and the corporate rich and influential will be able to fly, in non-aerodynamic triangular and diamond shaped drones being reported seen.
