(CBS News) If there's one thing I absolutely love about NYC, it's that almost anything can happen. (Having a chance encounter and conversation with Meryl Streep was one of my personal highlights.) (CBS News) In case you're not familiar, back in August a bizarre video surfaced online of a girl in a pair of very large pants dancing. Like some sort of Siren's call, from the moment you hit play you found yourself unable to turn away from the wild scene unfolding.
