Macomb Il. Farm King Under Seige: Gunman Takes Hostages in Macomb Shooting

MACOMB, Ill. (CBS/AP) At a Farm King store in Macomb, Ill., a violent hostage crisis is entering its sixth hour. Five adults and a child have already been released, but an unknown number remain in danger.

A SWAT team has surrounded the building and the gunman, who entered the store shortly before 1 p.m. and fired a semiautomatic weapon, is still inside.

So far there have been no injuries, State Police Lt. Harry Douglas said.

Dorice Donegan Moore Had Lottery Winner Abraham Shakespeare's Body in Backyard

TAMPA, Fla. (CBS/AP) Florida police feel they have solid evidence that Dorice Donegan Moore tampered with lottery winner Abraham Shakespeare's murdered body after he was dead, but they have yet to say if they will charge her with his killing.

"I won't say we have identified all of the players involved," said Hillsborough County Sheriff David Gee. "We're going to find out everyone that was involved. We're going to seek justice."

NEW YORK (CBS/AP) Four months after Mackenzie Phillips came forward with shocking revelations that she had a consensual incestuous affair with her father, "The Mamas and The Papas" star John Phillips, she now believes she was not a willing partner.

"I'd like to reframe my word consensual," she told Joy Behar on the talk show host's Headline News show. "As I was writing the book I thought this word – it kept sitting wrong with me, but I used it for lack of a better word. And since then I have been schooled by thousands of incest survivors all across the world that there really is no such thing as consensual incest due to the inherent power a parent has over a child. I wouldn't necessarily call it a consensual relationship at this time."

Dorice Donegan Moore Charged in Lottery Winner Abraham Shakespeare's Murder

TAMPA, Fla. (CBS/AP) Before her Wednesday arrest, a tearful Dorice Donegan Moore swore she didn't kill Florida lottery winner Abraham Shakespeare, but she still has yet to explain how the 43-year-old's body wound up buried under five feet of concrete in her backyard.

Moore was charged Tuesday with trying to conceal Shakespeare's murder. So far no one has been charged with his death.

Girl Fights Go Online: CBS News Reports on Disturbing 8-Million YouTube Hit Phenomenon

NEW YORK (CBS) It may be sick, but people love girl fights, especially online.

CBS News correspondent Whit Johnson reported that despite a lack of statistics, experts say teenage girls are increasingly settling their disputes with violence and those fights are winding up online.

A video popped up on YouTube more than a week ago that showed two teenage girls in a violent fist fight - with two adults allegedly watching - and another minor doing the camera work. The fight took place in Baton Rouge, La.

PONTOISE, France (CBS/AP) Ten years after 113 people died in a fiery crash of Air France's supersonic Concorde jet, a French court is putting Continental Airlines and two of its employees on trial for manslaughter.

Rip Torn is Loose: Actor So Drunk He Thought He Was Home When He Broke Into Bank, Say Court Docs

LITCHFIELD, Conn. (CBS/AP) Rip Torn knows how to party. Prosecutors say the "Men in Black" actor was so drunk when he broke into a bank carrying a loaded gun that he thought he was home, taking off his hat and boots and leaving them by the door.

Now the 78-year-old is free on $100,000 bond and is expected to enter rehab in New York as early as Tuesday, according to his lawyer.

PORT-AU-PRINCE, Haiti (CBS/AP) As a group of American Baptist charity workers waits to hear if they will be tried on child trafficking charges for attempting to take 33 children out of earthquake-ravaged Haiti, the Associated Press has learned that not all of the children they were transporting were orphans.

"One (8-year-old) girl was crying, and saying, 'I am not an orphan. I still have my parents.' And she thought she was going on a summer camp or a boarding school or something like that," George Willeit, a spokesman for SOS Children's Villages, said. SOS, an Austrian-based charity working in Haiti, now has custody of the children.

LITCHFIELD, Conn. (CBS/AP) Actor Elmore "Rip" Torn has a date with a Connecticut judge Monday as he faces allegations that he broke into a bank with a loaded gun while drunk.

State police say the 78-year-old "Men in Black" star was arrested Friday night after authorities found him inside the Litchfield Bancorp in Salisbury with a loaded revolver.

CINCINNATI (CBS/AP) Cincinnati Bengals linebacker Rey Maualuga went on a drunken ride and smashed his car into a parking meter and two parked cars, say Kentucky police, who have booked the NFL player on charges of drunken and careless driving.

The 23-year-old is being held without bond at Kenton County jail, and no attorney is listed for him. Covington police spokesman Spike Jones said the accident happened early Friday.
