(CBS/AP) WASHINGTON - Attorneys for John Hinckley, the man who shot President Ronald Reagan three decades ago, will be asking a judge to let him spend more time away from a Washington mental hospital with the goal of eventually allowing him to live outside the facility full-time.

(CBS) - The father of a New Jersey toddler who died after being thrown in a stream while strapped in her car seat has been arrested in California.

Arthur Morgan III, 27, has been charged with homicide in the death of 2-year-old Tierra Morgan-Glover, whose partially submerged body was found by teenagers in a New Jersey park on Nov. 22.
