To make up for lost time, the judge has ordered everyone back to court to resume the proceedings on Saturday at 9 a.m. This is the first time I've covered a trial that's in session on a Saturday.

/ SAUL LOEB(CBS/AP) WASHINGTON - The FBI says it has arrested a man who thought he on his way to carry out a bombing attack at the U.S. Capitol building, but who, in reality, was dealing with FBI undercover operatives all along.
According to a Capitol Hill source, the suspect is Amine El Khalifi, 29, a Moroccan citizen who has lived in the U.S. for over 12 years. Law enforcement officials said he was arrested Friday morning after he put on what he thought was a vest containing explosives. In fact, the Justice Department says, the vest had inert material that was not explosive.

According to the Chicago Tribune, police said in a statement that credit card records and an unconfirmed eyewitness report indicate that Laureth "Laurie" May and her children were in the northern part of the state, possibly stopping in Gary and at a Hobart Wal-Mart.

Huguely's first-degree murder trial for the death of Yeardley Love had resumed Friday morning, despite the absence of a member of his defense team, who was ill for a second day. But by mid-morning the defense said it didn't want to proceed without attorney Rhonda Quagliana, and the judge relented.

According to the Chicago Tribune, Laureth "Laurie" May reportedly left her fiance's house around 3:30 am Wednesday after an argument. Police say she woke up her boys, ages 4, 2, and 1, and loaded them into her white 2001 Volvo with an Illinois license plate 9590986 and a pink cancer ribbon on the rear.
