(CBS/AP) NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J. - A Rutgers University computer systems manager is expected to be the next person to testify in the trial of former student Dharun Ravi. He is the man accused of using a webcam to spy on roommate Tyler Clementi's intimate encounter with another man.

Vet hurt by metal tool thrown through windshield

(CBS) MINNEAPOLIS - Police arrested a man for allegedly throwing a metal vise through an Iraq War veteran's windshield and breaking his jaw.

According to CBS Minnesota, Deputy Chief Rick Hart says the took broke veteran Jon Stacke's jaw and shattered six of his teeth.

Condoms now required for Los Angeles porn actors

(CBS/AP) LOS ANGELES - Starting today, condoms are required on Los Angeles porn sets.

Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa signed an ordinance in January requiring that actors filming adult movies in the city must use condoms in order for producers to get a filming permit. The rule took effect Monday.

(CBS) HACKENSACK, N.J. - The second man charged in a series of attacks on synagogues in New Jersey pleaded not guilty Monday to charges including conspiracy, aggravated arson, bias intimidation and criminal mischief, reports CBS New York.

Rutgers University student Aakash Dalal, 19,  was arrested Friday, and was described by Bergen County Prosecutor John Molinelli as being an instigator in the January firebombings.
