NEW YORK (CBS/AP) Police may believe Nancy Kerrigan's brother, Mark Kerrigan, had something to do with his father, Daniel Kerrigan's death, but family members are rallying around the 45-year-old unemployed plumber.

WOBURN, Mass. (CBS/AP) Mark Kerrigan, Nancy Kerrigan's brother, pleaded not guilty Monday to assaulting their 70-year-old father, Daniel Kerrigan, who died over the weekend after a disturbance at the family's Massachusetts home.

WOBURN, Mass. (CBS) Nancy Kerrigan's brother, Mark Kerrigan, has had a turbulent history with his parents, and was once sued by them for $105,000 in 2008, according to the Boston Herald.

John Edwards Sex Tape? The Headline You Knew Was Coming

RALEIGH (CBS/AP) As if John Edwards was not dealing with enough problems already, new reports have surfaced that the former Democratic presidential candidate has starred in his very own tape that contains "several sex acts," reports media blog Gawker.com.

The list of Edwards' troubles has been piling up. Last week, Edwards admitted that he fathered a child with Rielle Hunter, a videographer he hired before his second White House bid. In a new book, a former aide claims that Edwards asked him to fake a paternity test and steal one of the baby's diapers to perform a DNA test on its poop.

NEW YORK (CBS/AP) Reality TV star Kim Kardashian has obtained a temporary restraining order against a man who claims they are in love: an unwanted admirer named Dennis Shaun Bowman.

Court papers claim Bowman told Kardashian he is interested in a romantic relationship and sends her numerous messages each day, saying they are in love and will get married.

OKLAHOMA CITY (CBS/AP) Aja Daniell Johnson, a 7-year-old whose mother was found dead in Oklahoma, is missing, and police believe her mother's killer has taken her.

Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation spokeswoman Jessica Brown said Monday that the missing 7-year-old girl is believed to be with ex-convict Lester Hobbs and they have issued an Amber Alert for little Aja Daniell Johnson.

Allison Myrick, Fitchburg State College Freshman, Found Stabbed to Death

SHIRLEY, Mass. (CBS/AP) Allison Myrick, a Fitchburg State College freshman, was found stabbed to death over the weekend and police say her wounded boyfriend is a "person of interest."

The Middlesex district attorney's office says 19-year-old Myrick was found stabbed to death Saturday night at a Shirley home, about an hour west of Boston. Authorities say 19-year-old Robert Gulla was picked up at the same site with stab and gunshot wounds. He was flown to a Worcester hospital.

Authorities describe Gulla as a "person of interest" in the slaying, although nobody had been charged. The Boston Herald describes Gulla as Myrick's former boyfriend. The couple split a month ago, according to the paper.

John Caudle, 14, Kills Parents Over Chores, Say Colo. Police

MONTE VISTA, Colo.(CBS/AP) Chores are never a teenager's favorite way to spend a fall afternoon, but for 14-year-old John Caudle chores were the motive for murder, Colorado police say.

In an arrest affidavit, Caudle told investigators that on Oct. 26, 2009 he argued with his mother because he didn't want to do household chores like taking out the trash or cleaning his room. Then he said he went to a gun safe, removed two .22 caliber pistols and shot his mother dead.

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (CBS/AP) Comedian Andy Dick has been arrested once again! He is charged with two felony counts of sexual abuse for allegedly grabbing a bouncer's crotch and groping a male patron.
