Alleged Facebook Feud Attacker Charged as Adult

LAGUNA BEACH, Calif. (AP) An Orange County high school student has been charged as an adult after he allegedly stabbed a former classmate and injured two other teens. Authorities say the confrontation stemmed from a feud on Facebook.

Michael Jason Wilson is charged with three felony counts of aggravated assault.

BOSTON (CBS/AP) School officials at South Hadley High School didn't follow all the anti-bullying advice they were given months before 15-year-old Phoebe Prince committed suicide, according to a consultant who offered the tips.

DETROIT, Mich. (CBS/AP) The leader of the Southeast Michigan Volunteer Militia, Michael Lackomar, is distancing his organization from Hutaree, the Christian militia group that was the focus of multiple raids by the FBI Saturday, saying they are neither Christian nor a militia.

Despite multiple quotes from the bible on a website reportedly run by Hutaree, which the site says means "Christian warrior," Lackomar says he would not classify the group as Christian.

Rip Torn Pleads "Not Guilty" in Bank Break-in

LITCHFIELD, Conn (CBS/AP) Rip Torn pleaded not guilty Tuesday to burglary and firearms charges related to his January arrest inside a Connecticut bank.

Connecticut state police say that the 79-year-old actor was so drunk on the night of Jan. 29, that he broke into the Litchfield Bancorp branch with a loaded gun, thinking it was his home in Salisbury, Conn. Salisbury is located about 25 miles away from Litchfield in the northwest corner of the state.

MIAMI (CBS/AP/WFOR-TV) Dorell Wright, a forward for the Miami Heat, says he is "embarrassed" that explicit photos of himself have been posted on the Internet.

The photos were taken in a private video chat about a year ago, and appeared on websites and several Twitter posts.

Grim Discovery of Two Bodies in Aja Johnson Case

NORMAN, Okla. (CBS) Aja Johnson's family received the news they have been fearing since the 7-year-old disappeared with her stepfather Lester Hobbs - Oklahoma police say they have found two badly decomposed bodies they believe to be Aja and Hobbs.

The bodies were found Monday after police in Norman, Okla., about 20 miles south of Oklahoma City, received a 911 call from an anonymous source reporting an abandoned vehicle in some woods about 15 miles outside of Norman.
