Missing Teen: Angela Jaramillo's Disappearance Being Investigated by Dallas Homicide

DALLAS (CBS) Two months ago 16-year-old Angela Jaramillo went out to attend a party. She never came back. Family members say it is unlike her to run away, and police now suspect foul play.

On Jan. 23 Jaramillo was out at a party and called her mother, Stephanie Reyes, to see if she could spend the night at a friend's. Her mother said yes, and that was the last time she spoke to her daughter.

Santonio Holmes Slapped With Nightclub Attack Lawsuit

PITTSBURG (CBS/AP) Santonio Holmes, Super Bowl XLIII MVP, and receiver with the Pittsburg Steelers, is facing some potentially serious legal problems.

A lawsuit filed in Florida last week by Anshonoe Mills alleges that Holmes threw a liquor filled glass at her face, cutting her just above the eye, after she refused to give up her seat in the VIP section of an Orlando nightclub on March 7.

DALLAS (CBS/WCBS) Heads turned during the filming of singer Erykah Badu's latest music video, "Window Seat."

The video was shot in and around Dealey Plaza in downtown Dallas. In it, Dallas native Badu walks down Elm Street while stripping her clothes off one piece at a time - until she's fully nude. Elm Street is the place where President John F. Kennedy was assassinated.

Christian Militia Members Charged with Sedition

WASHINGTON (CBS/AP) The Christian militia group, Hutaree, planned an elaborate attack on local and state police, who they saw as the "brotherhood" of an enemy government, U.S. Attorney Barbara McQuade announced Monday.

Nine men, including group leader, David Brian Stone, were charged with seditious conspiracy, possessing a firearm during a crime of violence, teaching the use of explosives, and attempting to use a weapon of mass destruction - homemade bombs.

Drunk Driver Calls 911 on Herself, Say Cops

EAST LANSING, Mich. (CBS/AP) A chatty suspected drunk driver apparently had a 20-minute conversation with a 911 dispatcher before she was pulled over and arrested.

Michigan Police have released a copy of the March 13 emergency call, where, in the first moments, the dispatcher asks, "Are you intoxicated?" and the woman replies, "Absolutely."Continue »
