Fortuneteller Tricked Underage Girls into Having Sex, Say Prosecutors

TORRANCE, Calif. California jurors are deciding the fate of a fortuneteller who allegedly convinced two teenage girls that he could turn their bleak futures around if they had sex with him.

Cesar Duran is charged with nine counts, including forcible rape, lewd acts on a 14-year-old and unlawful intercourse with a minor.

Natalee Holloway's Father Thinks Photo Isn't Her

HARRISBURG, Pa. (CBS/AP) The father of Natalee Holloway, the Alabama teen who disappeared in Aruba in 2005, says he doesn't think an underwater photograph shows his daughter's remains. Dave Holloway says he's sure the picture, taken by a Pennsylvania couple on vacation last fall, is not Natalee, but rather, a natural formation.

Holloway told CBS affiliate WHTP,  "When I first looked at the picture, I too thought it was her. But the more I looked at it, I became convinced it was a rock formation."

Pediatrician Pleads Not Guilty to 471 Counts of Abuse

GEORGETOWN, Del. (CBS/AP) Earl Bradley stood silently as his public defenders entered a plea of not guilty to 471 counts including charges of rape, sexual exploitation of a child, unlawful sexual contact, continuous sexual abuse of a child, assault, and reckless endangering.

The mothers of two of Bradley's 103 alleged victims sat sobbing in the court room, there among the more than 40 spectators that attended the hearing. Resident Judge T. Henley Graves increased Bradley's bail from $2.9 million cash to $4.71 million - $10,000 on each of the 471 counts detailed in February's grand jury indictment.

(CBS) The recent release of 100 of serial killer Rodney Alcala's decades-old photos is raising hopes -- and fears -- for those thinking the pictures may hold the answer to a loved one's fate.
