MOBILE, Ala. (CBS/AP) Mobile County Commissioner Stephen Nodine was indicted Monday morning for the murder of his alleged mistress Angel Downs and surrendered to authorities in front of multiple news cameras Monday afternoon.

Baldwin County authorities announced Monday that Nodine is their only suspect in the May 9 murder of Downs in front of her Gulf Shores, Ala. home, about 50 miles south of Mobile. Nodine is also accused of abusing Downs during their alleged extramarital affair.

PARAMOUNT, Calif. (CBS/KCAL) A striptease performed by three high school students was meant to make classmates laugh; however, the two teachers who have suffered the consequences of the students' "harmless fun" are not laughing.

The striptease, which became a YouTube sensation, led to one teacher being placed on administrative leave, and another's resignation as activities director at Paramount High School, south of Los Angeles, reports CBS affiliate KCAL.
