NEW YORK (CBS) The alleged stalker of reality TV star Dr. Drew Pinsky was arrested Wednesday for sending threatening messages to him and his family, reported TMZ.

The star of "Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew" claims Charles Pearson has sent him threatening messages online, including one that said he would kill the doctor's children and make his wife eat them, said TMZ.

NEW YORK (CBS/AP) Authorities will need to conduct toxicology tests, expected to take weeks, to determine what exactly killed celebrity disc jockey DJ AM, a medical examiner's office spokeswoman said Saturday.

But according to the New York Daily News, a report claims that DJ AM swallowed a fatal handful of the powerful painkiller OxyContin, with authorities discovering eight undigested pills in his stomach and one in his mouth.
