CHARLEROI, Pa. (CBS/AP) The FBI says a southwestern Pennsylvania bank robbery suspect has been caught "red-handed."
Fifty-year-old Kurt Fritzel, of Charleroi, is in jail after police and the FBI say he robbed a Citizens Bank branch a few doors down from his apartment.

PALM HARBOR, Fla. (CBS/WTSP) Police say an intoxicated Florida man groped and assaulted five teenagers who were volunteering at a high school haunted house.
Authorities charged 50-year-old James Carter with four counts of child abuse and one count of lewd and lascivious behavior, according to CBS affiliate WTSP.

DUVALL, Wash. (CBS) A 12-year-old Washington State boy has been in juvenile detention since Oct. 6 when he allegedly told police officers that he planned to shoot at least 20 schoolmates who bullied and teased him, and threatened to kill his adoptive family.
Police were called to Tolt Middle School in Carnation, Wash., about 30 miles outside of Seattle, on Oct. 6 after getting reports of a young boy making threats against the school and specific students and teachers.

Devon Griffin discovered the bodies of his slain family members, Derek Griffin, 23, Susan Liske, and her husband William Liske, when he returned home after attending church.

4 Americans Killed in Mexican Border City

CIUDAD JUAREZ, Mexico (CBS/AP) Four Americans were recently shot to death in separate attacks in the border city of Ciudad Juarez, Mexican authorities said Monday.
Chihuahua state prosecutors' spokesman Arturo Sandoval said Edgar Lopez, 35, of El Paso, Texas, was killed Sunday along with two Mexican men when gunmen opened fire on a group standing outside a house.
