Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino sues father

(CBS) "Jersey Shore" star Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino reportedly sued his father after a series of profanity-laced videos targeting him were featured on his father's website last week.

After Frank Sorrentino posted videos of himself talking about his son's "selfish ways," "The Situation" filed a lawsuit against him in a Miami court on Monday, according to reports, claiming his father is illegally using his name and fame on his website.

(CBS) Nick Jonas, who has dated the likes of Miley Cyrus and Selena Gomez, was recently spotted holding hands with another pop star - Australian singer Delta Goodrem.

The youngest Jonas brother, 18, was spotted with Goodrem, 26, in the parking lot of ArcLight Cinema in West Hollywood on Sunday, according to reports.

Miss Wisconsin USA resigns amid ID theft charges

(CBS) A top contender in  next month's Miss USA pageant, Shaletta Porterfield, has reportedly dropped out of the competition after being charged with three counts of identity theft.

Porterfield, who was set to appear as Miss Wisconsin, resigned on Friday after she was accused  of  stealing someone's identity for financial gain.

(CBS) One of the "Teach me How to Dougie" rappers was pronounced dead late Sunday night.

Cali Swag District's M-bone was reportedly the victim of a fatal drive-by shooting in his hometown of Inglewood, Calif. Law enforcement officials have labeled the shooting a random act of violence.

(CBS) "Sex and the City" actress Kim Cattrall and the 2010 Oscar-nominated film "The Kids are All Right" were among several winners at the Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation's 22nd annual Media Awards on Saturday.

Cattrall, who plays Samantha Jones in HBO's "Sex and the City," received GLAAD's Golden Gate Award for increasing the visibility of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community.

(CBS) Britney Spears is the most recent star to become immortalized in a comic book.

The singer is the latest subject of Bluewater Productions' ongoing "Fame" series, which has featured various other stars including Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber, Robert Pattinson, and Kristen Stewart.
