"Spider-Man" to Resume with New Safety Measures

/ AP Photo/Kathy WillensNEW YORK (CBS/AP) Producers announced late Wednesday that the scheduled re-opening of "Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark" that evening would not take place as planned.
It's the latest setback for the troubled production, following a fourth actor being injured on Monday while performing in the Broadway musical.

NEW YORK (CBS) After being separated for a year, soccer star Landon Donovan is now seeking to officially end his four year marriage to "Rules of Engagement" actress Bianca Kajlich.
The 28-year-old midfielder filed for divorce from Kajich, 33, Tuesday, according to Los Angeles Superior Court papers obtained by TMZ.

/ AP Photo/Kathy WillensNEW YORK (CBS/AP) The troubled Broadway musical "Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark" will postpone a Wednesday matinee performance after an actor was seriously injured during Monday night's show.
A spokesman for "Spider-Man: Turn off the Dark" says producers met with federal and state labor officials and the Actors' Equity union on Tuesday to discuss additional safety measures after a performer doing an aerial stunt fell about 30 feet.
