(CBS/AP) NEW YORK - Actor Charlie Sheen doesn't have a deal to publish a planned memoir yet, but a book of poems he self-published 20 years ago is now a hot item on eBay.
Bidding for the long-out-of-print book, "A Peace of My Mind," long out of print, had reached nearly $600 on the online auction website as of Friday afternoon.

Mel Gibson pleads no contest to battery charge

He was sentenced to 36 months of probation and ordered to attend 52 weeks of domestic violence counseling.

/ AP(CBS/AP) LOS ANGELES - Prosecutors say they will not charge Mel Gibson's ex-girlfriend with extortion after they found insufficient evidence to prove the allegation by the actor.
The decision was announced Friday, soon after prosecutors filed a misdemeanor battery charge against the Oscar winner, stemming from an argument he had with the Russian musician in January of last year during which he is accused of striking her.
