(CBS News) Betty White, who celebrated her 90th birthday this year, jumped on the Twitter bandwagon and created an account of her own this week.

 The comedic actress posted her first tweet on Tuesday and racked up over 100,000 followers overnight.

Fox renews "Glee," "New Girl" and "Raising Hope"

(CBS News) Fox announced that it is renewing three of its comedies: "Glee," "New Girl" and "Raising Hope."

"All three of these comedies add a fresh and distinctive flavor to our Tuesday nights, and I'm really happy to bring them back to our air next season," Fox president Kevin Reilly said in a statement announcing the news.

Amanda Bynes arrested for DUI

(CBS News) Amanda Bynes was arrested on suspicion of DUI early Friday in Los Angeles, after sideswiping a police vehicle with her car.

The West Hollywood Sheriff's Department said in a press release that the actress was trying to pass a police car in her black BMW at approximately 3 a.m., when she ended up colliding with the vehicle.
