Andy Dick to stand trial on sex abuse counts

(CBS/AP) HUNTINGTON, W.Va. - The comedian who once said he went to rehab 10 times is going to court. Again.

A judge has ordered Andy Dick to stand trial on felony sexual abuse charges stemming from a nightclub incident last year.

(CBS/AP) Amy Winhouse hadn't released an album since the 2006 "Back to Black," but that didn't mean she wasn't working. She left a trove of unreleased music but no decision has been made about whether it will be released, people close to the singer say.

The soul diva, who had struggled with drug and alcohol addiction, was found dead of unknown causes at her London home on Saturday. She was 27.

"Mrs. Butterworth: The Movie"

(CBS) On "Conan" Tuesday, Conan O'Brien lamented the glut of movies based on toys and TV shows he loved as a kid. Suggesting that Hollywood has "scrape[d] the bottom of the barrel," he presented a trailer for "Butterworth."

An ominous voiceover intones, "When justice runs thin only one woman has what it takes to pour it on thick."

"E! News" anchor Giuliana Rancic and her husband, the original "Apprentice" winner Bill Rancic insist that having a reality TV show, while not always easy, has only made their relationship better.

"It's been great for our marriage," Giuliana tells CBSNews.com.

Joanne Baldwin, who has been held in the Clackamas County Jail, has been charged with violating her parole on a drunken driving conviction.

Rapper Ja Rule sentenced in tax return case

(CBS/AP) NEWARK, N.J. - Ja Rule got good news and bad news Monday. The bad: He was sentenced to more than two years in federal prison for failing to file income tax returns. The good: He could serve the majority of the 28-month federal sentence at the same time as the New York state prison sentence he's currently serving on weapon possession.
