Why it's a swing state: Although the state has gained nearly 59,000 jobs since December, it also has 68,900 fewer manufacturing jobs than 3-1/2 years ago. Both campaigns are going to use these numbers to their respective advantages in hopes of winning its 10 electoral votes.
