Louisiana

Louisiana held an "open primary" on November 7. All candidates, regardless of party, appeared on a single ballot. In races where no candidate received 50 percent of the vote (which only occured in the 2nd District), a runoff was held between the top two vote-getters on December 9th.

District 5 - Rodney Alexander, GOP (i)

District 7 - Charles Boustany, GOP (i)
