The Supreme Court was increasingly looking at international opinion on this issue. Amnesty International says it knows of eight countries that have executed child offenders since 1990. Those are: China, Congo, Iran, Nigeria, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, the United States and Yemen. Now on record as opposing the practice are Iran, Pakistan, China and Saudi Arabia.
