Sgt. Isiah J. Sinclair, 31, of Natchitoches, La., and another soldier were killed March 26, 2005, in Baghdad when a car bomb detonated near their military vehicle while they were on patrol.
He was with the National Guard, assigned to the 1st Battalion, 156th Armored Regiment, out of Shreveport, La.
