1 Red Bell Pepper 1 Yellow Bell Pepper 1 Green Bell Pepper 1/4 Cup Scotch Bonnet (hot pepper) Pepper 2 Carrots (large) 1/4 Turnip 1 Medium Onion 4 Large Tomatoes 1 Medium Cucumber (cured) 2 Tbls Parsley (finely diced) 1Spr Scallion (finely diced) 1Tsp Garlic Powder 1Tsp Onion Powder 1/4Tsp White Pepper 1/4Tsp Thyme Leaves 2Tbls Vinegar 3Tbls Sugar- Blend (1) one large well-ripened tomato. Shred carrots and turnip and set aside. Dice cucumber, onion, 3 tomatoes and peppers. Combine all ingredients in large bowl and allow to stand for 2 hours before serving.
- Serve as a dip with plain chips or biscuits.
