Spc. James L. Adair, 26, of Carthage, Texas, died June 29, 2007, in Baghdad, Iraq, of wounds sustained when his vehicle struck an improvised explosive device.
Adair was assigned to the 1st Battalion, 28th Infantry Regiment, 4th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 1st Infantry Division, Fort Riley, Kan.
