Lance Cpl. Patrick R. Adle, 21, of Baltimore, Md., was killed in hostile action June 29, 2004, southeast of Baghdad.
He was with the U.S. Marines Reserve, assigned to the 6th Engineer Support Battalion, 4th Force Service Support Group, out of Folsom, Pa.
