Spc. Dustin M. Adkins, 22, of Finger, Tenn., died Dec. 4, 2006, in Haditha, Iraq, of injuries suffered after the CH-46 helicopter he was in made an emergency landing near Haditha.
Adkins was assigned to the Group Support Battalion, 5th Special Forces Group, Fort Campbell, Ky.
